Domestic and International Shipping
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and major holidays.  Each order is issued tracking information which is provided via email once the package is processed and prepared for shipping.  

The Smoking Archive is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Please consider purchasing insurance and/or opt for signature confirmation on items over $100 USD.

International Customs & Duties
All international taxes, customs and import duties will be billed to the recipient by the courier when the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. We do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges. If a recipient refuses to pay the taxes, customs or import duties, the parcel will be abandoned and will not be eligible for store credit or refund.

 

All sales are considered final and returns will not be accepted.
