The terms of service ("TOS") outlined herein constitute an agreement between The Smoking Archive ("we", "us", "our") and you, the visitor, made by accessing the contents and functionalities, including purchase of goods and the use of the Service (defined below), available through The Smoking Archive’s website and any affiliated domain names, micro sites, webpages, social media platforms, or other functionalities.

The TOS constitute the whole legal agreement between you and The Smoking Archive and govern your use of the Service. The TOS completely replace any prior agreements between you and The Smoking Archive in relation to the Service. You agree that the TOS also incorporate The Smoking Archive's Privacy Policy.
